Me and my hubby are committed to raising our children to the absolute best of our abilities. We believe they are the most important talents God will ever entrust us with and we take that seriously. That is the most simplified way of explaining why we choose to home educate our little jewels. It is important to us and we are passionate about it :)
I'm not really one for formulas... long-term routines... etc. I tend to be inconsistent in things and as soon as I'm in a groove with something I often look for ways to shake it up. I believe that every family dynamic is different, each child is different, and so each persons home education experience will likely be different.
Working out what home education looks like for us seems to be an adventure. We are officially in our second year of this journey and as things are picking up pace, I feel like I want to journal some of the things we get up to, for memory sake, to share ideas and as a bonus, to make it easier when explaining to strangers, how we educate!
